5'3 130lbs and size small is perfect. They are not as stretchy as the atlantic shorts. Have had them for about 6 months now and they are holding up very well in the wash
I will only wear these women's second skin fit leggings. These are the perfect fit and so comfortable you hardly know you have anything on. These Women's leggings are much better then men's.
This mat is under marketed! More people need to know about it! It’s a great mat and has no noticeable smell. Good grip for hot yoga or fitness programs. The price is also competitive.
