FAQ & RETURN POLICIES

We ship to Canada and the United States! Although, the OYF Warehouse is not responsible for any duties, taxes or extras fees when shipping to the United States. 

Return and Exchange Policy: WITHIN CANADA

Please email warehouse@oxygenyogafitness.com with first and last name, Order #, items for return, and if you would like to exchange, return for store credit or eligible for full refund.

Please use any postal service and ship to address 33-24076 112th avenue, Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada, V2W 0K2.
At the OYF Warehouse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer the option to return for store credit or exchange items under the following conditions: Please see policy on full refund eligibility. 

  • The item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the shipment date.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging must be intact, including tags.
  • We do not allow refunds for products purchased on sale. However, if initiated by the customer, we do offer exchanges or returns for store credit. Given the products are not listed as final sale (please see description of products, this will show you if they are final sale).
  • We do not allow for refunds, returns or exchanges  on products in our "A Gift For You!" section on our website. 


• Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for refunds or exchanges. If an exchange is requested through warehouse@oxygenyogafitness.com, customer is responsible for purchasing the return label. We, at the OYF Warehouse, will cover the exchanged item shipping cost if this is the case for your return.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds no eligible for final sale items.
